We understand how disappointing it can be when your expectations are not met. Unfortunately, we must point out that it is not feasible on our end to provide a full refund with regards to this issue. However, what we can do is to provide on-site technical support at your convenience to inspect the said product. On top of that, we will also be extending your warranty period by 3 months.
